Brown Vine Snake
  • Mildly venomous, Uncommon.
  • Long, slender, smooth-scaled.
  • Extremely pointed head with extended nose tip.
  • Thin dark brown four sided mark on the top of the head.
  • The snout top of the Brown Vine Snake is slightly swollen
  • Diurnal and mainly arboreal.
  • Found in Plains and Hills
  • Feeds mostly on Lizards but also on birds and frogs Rear- fanged like Vine snakes, using wild Venom and a surprisingly strong grip to subdue prey.
  • Females bear 6-12 live live young
